Standard Products: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Customized & Personalized Products: Because each item is made just for you, custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. The only exception is if the product arrives defective or damaged.

Defective or Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@playprintz.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return: Email our support team with your order number and issue details. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
