🖌️ Can I customize my design?
Yes! Every product is made to order. You can upload your own design or request a personalized name, text, or graphic.
👀 How do I preview my design?
Our live preview tool lets you see your design before checkout. If needed, we’ll email you a mock-up for approval.
✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2–4 business days. Delivery within the U.S. usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
🌎 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
📦 What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your order.
🔄 Do you accept returns?
Since our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
